It seems like The Small Screen has become the mecca for Black Actors in Hollywood. KERRY WASHINGTON starring in the first Black Female drama on network TV since Julia in 1971. EDDIE MURPHY in CBS’s spin-off of Beverly Hills Cop,  Sanaa Lanthan in BOSS on Starz, Larenz Tate and Nia Long on House of Lies with Don Cheadle, Anthony Anderson on GUYS with Kids, LL COOL J in NCIS: Los Angeles,  NENE LEAKS in the New Normal and GLEE with WHOOPI GOLDBERG, JESSCIA PEARSON on SUITS, JESSE L. MARTIN and JENNIFER HUDSON on SMASH and of course CHANDRA WILSON on GREY’s ANATOMY, HAROLD PERRINEAU  FX’s drama ‘Sons of Anarchy.  and the list goes on. If we can not make our mark in Features, we can at least rule the small screen.
